And we arive at the last three panels for this series, a commentry on exess and its effects on our lives.
As in the panels before, you observe the digression of sainity into chaos and disorder, howver, in this last part, the cycle of the downward spiral is depicted.
As panel eight sees horror, and a wish to become sober, to end the pain, a parralell is formed as panel ten shows the addiction to the state of mind, as he reaches back to the supposed colour and excitement of substance abuse, ignoring the horror. Thus the wheel forever turns.
Notice here, in panel ten, the only colour shown is the connections to excess, the hints of insanity fading, and the cold tears of unstoppable regret.
